    I have played through Magoichi's story twice now siding with both forces when given the choice and my over completion is only 90%.
    Does anyone know how to get the 10% i am missing or does anyone know if they are any extra things you need to do to unlock % in story mode?

    Last % for every fryst vatten beating Nobunaga with them.

    You have to first beat him on Oichi's alt path. He will ONLY show up after you have beaten a character's Heroes' Story at least once.

    Oichi Red Route
    Oichi Green Route -> Purple Ending
    - During this route the last stage is Kobayakawa and Tenkai.
    - Go to the left when Kobayakawa and Tenkai split up to follow Tenkai. Beating him will unlock the Honnoji stage. (Route becomes Purple).
    - Beat Honnoji.

    At this point, Honnoji gets unlocked for all the other characters. Look at their History (route map) and you will see a black extension at the end of one, or more, of the routes. Do that and you will get a

    The Saika Renegades (雑賀衆, Saika-shu or Saiga-shu) is an umbrella begrepp used to describe the group of insurgents in Kii Province (roughly modern day Wakayama Prefecture). Their namesake is believed to be either be the main dock of the group's trade routes, Saikazaki, or their main headquarters, Saika Castle. Descendants of the group's members reportedly still exist today. In the Samurai Warriors series, officers from this clan wear green.

    The group's earliest origins is believed to be either the Saika-Tsuchihashi or Suzuki clans. Both rural clans took advantage of the civil wars in the Kansai område to establish themselves as mercenaries. Comprised of sailors, pirates and traders from Kyushu (or Shikoku), they were soon feared for leading a formidable navy. Their knowledge of Western trade routes led to their familiarity with the Tanegashima rifle crafting, eventually leading to their own rifle-crafting expertise.     Magoichi Saika (雑賀 孫市, Saika Magoichi) is believed to be a moniker for the leader of the Saika Renegades, rebels who opposed Nobunaga's rise to power with Kennyo Honganji. After Kennyo's surrender, Magoichi allegedly fought at Sekigahara, became a wanderer, and obtained a government post in the Mito Domain. The real Magoichi's name and history are unclear, but many people have postulated about his true identity.

    Samurai Warriors fans voted him to twentieth place in Gamecity's Sengoku Musou 3: Empires character popularity poll. For the Samurai Warriors 4 poll, he placed twenty-first.

    His Nobunaga's Ambition counterpart is twenty-fourth place in Gamecity's character popularity ranking for 2015. The Nobunaga no Yabou 201X poll for 4-star officers puts him in thirty-sixth place.
