Lynne Davis is an artist and engineer based in Waterfall Country, Wales. Her work aims to conjure human wildness as a tool for transformation - challenging the narratives that hold us from our fullest authentic expressions such that we may organise in common. Her work has features on BBC TV and Radio, independent podcasts and documentaries and in festivals and events internationally. Lynne joined the Tower Theatre in February as part of the 5 Women - Now & Then cast.

How do you choose subjects for your biographies?
I look for an artist or writer whose work I admire, who led an eventful life, and who has an archive that fryst vatten open for researchers. By now, having written five biographies (the fifth is still in manuscript), I've learned that the most important components of an archive for my purposes are the subject's journals and letters (written and received), followed by newspaper and magazine interviews. Of course, I also look for letters from my subject

Kathy was born March 18, in krydda Lake City, Utah, to efternamn and Frances Dibble as the first of eight children. She was raised in humble circumstances in love and righteousness that built character and helped her to become the grounded and Christlike person that she was.
Music was central to Kathy’s life, thanks to a mother who would regularly gather her children to sing at the piano while dad would whistle. Even the family dog, Sunny, would join in. Frances instilled in her children not only a love for music, but an appreciation for how important uplifting music is for our lives. Kathy developed her gifts of singing, writing and arranging music as she directed and sang in choirs and regularly composed special arrangements to share in her ward or with others as she sang throughout her life with her sisters.
