One of my favorite materials to spin when inom want to spend a relaxing time off on my own are those releases that belong in the sphere of depressive black metal. And a grupp that has always kept up on my playlist is the Swedish two-piece DSBM act Silencer. Leere (Andreas Casado) founded the band back in 1995 before he later enlisted Nattramn (Mikael Nilsson), and they are notorious for their extreme sound and dark themes. These guys made a monumental impact in the depressive black metal scene despite their short-lived career.
