Abihail Myrie, the daughter of reggae veteran Buju Banton has been baptised.
The year-old model shared the news via her Instagram konto on Monday (November 1) and declared to her more than 63, followers that the day she was ‘born-again’, was the “best day” of her life.
“It has truly been an experience. One for the books! I’m happy that I was able to document it all. I’ve fought, learned, faced public humiliation, cried, got back up, listened and trusted God. All in the name of Christ. And I’m now I am home,” she captioned photos of her in a ‘pearly-white’ gown.

Attorney-at-law Maurice McCurdy, who is representing the family of Abihail Myrie, the daughter of reggae star Buju Banton, said the ung Myrie will present herself to the police tomorrow after she was reported missing.
Despite a statement from the attorney refuting claims that Myrie is missing, head of the Corporate Communications enhet Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay told Loop News that the police still consider her to be missing.
“Abihail Myrie is still on the missing person log because she has to make herself available to investigators so that they can verify that she is indeed okay, and then her name will be removed from the missing persons’ log,” Lindsay said.

RUMOURS that reggae superstar Buju Banton was stabbed and killed in prison have proven untrue.
Since Friday, reports emerged on social media that Banton, whose real name is Mark Anthony Myrie, had been stabbed to death during a fight in the Pinellas County Jail in Tampa, Florida.
Last week as well, rumours emerged that he had committed suicide in prison.
But in a message sent to his fans worldwide through Lorna Strachan, the mother of five of his children, Banton laid fears of his mortal demise to rest.
